Warranty Policy Statement

Dynamic Friction Company (DFC) provides a limited warranty that its brake products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months or 12,000 miles (whichever occurs first) from the date of original purchase. This warranty is provided solely to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

This limited warranty applies only when products are:

  • Properly installed by a licensed professional technician;
  • Used under normal street driving conditions; and
  • Maintained according to vehicle manufacturer and DFC specifications.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear of brake pads, rotors, and related friction components;
  • Noise, vibration, or dust considered acceptable under normal operating conditions;
  • Cosmetic or surface finish issues including rust, corrosion, discoloration, or plating wear;
  • Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, neglect, accidents, overloading, racing or track use, off-road use, or commercial abuse;
  • Products that have been modified, altered, or used outside of their intended application.

DFC reserves the exclusive right to inspect any product claimed to be defective and to determine whether the claim qualifies for warranty coverage. At its sole discretion, DFC may provide a replacement product or credit. Refunds and labor reimbursement are not covered.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with warranty claims. DFC is not responsible for labor charges, towing, vehicle downtime, rental expenses, or any incidental or consequential damages.

All warranty claims must be initiated through the original point of purchase. Proof of purchase is required.
